Efficient electricity price forecasting plays a significant role in our society. In this paper, a novel influencer-defaulter mutation (IDM) mutation operator has been proposed. The IDM operator has been combined with six well-known optimization algorithms to create mutated optimization algorithms whose performance has been tested on twenty-four standard benchmark functions. Further, the artificial neural network is integrated with mutated optimization algorithms to solve the electricity price prediction problem. The policymakers can identify appropriate variables based on the predicted prices to help future market planning. 光伏发电功率存在波动性,且光伏出力易受各种气象特征影响,传统TCN网络容易过度强化空间特性而弱化个体特性。针对上述问题,文中提出一种基于VMD和改进TCN的短期光伏发电功率预测模型。通过VMD将原始光伏发电功率时间序列分解为若干不同频率的模态分量,将各个模态分量以及相对应的气象数据输入至改进TCN网络进行建模学习。利用中心频率法确定VMD的最优分解模态分解个数。在传统TCN预测模型的基础上,使用DropBlock正则化取代Dropout正则化以达到抑制卷积层中信息协同的效果,并引入注意力机制自主挖掘并突出关键气象输入特征的影响,量化各气象因素对光伏发电的影响,从而提高预测精度。以江苏省某光伏电站真实数据为例进行仿真实验,结果表明所提预测方法的RMSE为0.62 MW,MAPE为2.03%。 相似文献

对具有时间属性的数据进行数据挖掘称为时态数据挖掘,用以发现数据在时间上的知识,当数据变化不规律时,如股票交易数据,就很难发现有价值的规律与规则。而神经网络具有并行、容错、可以硬件实现以及自我学习的优点,可作为股票分类预测应用的一种方法。通过将股票数据与时态型相结合,将股票数据转换成时态型股票数据,提出时态神经网络模型的分类方法,对收集的若干上市公司十年内的股票数据进行分析,构建了时态股票数据神经网络分类器对股票进行分类预测。经过实验验证,相比改进前的神经网络和支持向量机方法,该分类器具有更高的分类准确率。结果证明,这种时态数据神经网络模型对于多只股票的分类预测是非常有效的,可以很好地运用到股票市场的分类预测中。 相似文献

利用风电场历史功率数据预测未来一段时间内的风功率,对保障电网安全稳定运行具有重要的意义。本文提出一种基于奇异谱分析SSA(singular spectrum analysis)和长短时记忆LSTM(long-short term memory net⁃work)网络的时序特征预测框架用于短期风功率的预测。首先通过SSA对历史风功率原始数据进行降噪处理,然后经过数据转换之后,以LSTM网络为基础进行预测模型的训练,最后通过某风电场提供的两个风机的历史功率数据进行验证。实验结果表明,奇异谱分析对风电场的历史数据具有良好的降噪性,SSA+LSTM模型在测试数据上取得了较好的预测性能,能够有效进行短期风功率的预测。 相似文献

为提高风电预测的精度,提出一种鲸鱼优化支持向量机SVM(support vector machine)的组合预测模型。该模型针对风电序列的非平稳波动特性,首先应用集合经验模态分解技术EEMD(ensemble empirical mode de?composition)将原始风电序列分解为一系列不同特征尺度的子序列;并引入鲸鱼优化算法WOA(whales optimiza?tion algorithm)解决SVM中学习参数选择难的问题,进而对各子序列建立WOA_SVM预测模型;最后,叠加各子序列的预测值以得到最终预测值。仿真表明,所提EEMD_WOA_SVM模型具有较高的风电预测精度,显著优于其他基本模型。 相似文献

针对短期日负荷预测的精度问题,本文提出一种基于数据驱动理念的电力负荷预测方法。在建立预测模型前对所给数据采取一定的预处理:首先提取所收集的海量数据的负荷特征,对负荷特征进行分析,然后进行负荷数据与影响负荷值的因素之间的相关性分析,以此确定对负荷影响较密切的因素,随后建立分类器得到各主要影响因素与各负荷类别之间的关系为后续预测模型奠定基础。对预处理后得到的不同类型的负荷数据采用最小二乘支持向量机方法建立不同的负荷预测模型。以南方某发达城市2008年的负荷数据作为算例验证数据,将本文所提负荷预测方法所得结果与未经数据预处理的负荷预测方法所得结果进行比较,结果表明本文提出的方法得到的预测结果精度较传统方法提高约6%。 相似文献

The metric representing the wind energy forecast error, when reported as a percent, is calculated quite differently than the error metrics for electricity transmission, electricity load, or in other industries such as manufacturing when they are also reported as a percent. The resulting calculated metric is quite different from what would be reported if the method utilized elsewhere was employed. This paper examines the possible forecast assessment and operational challenges associated with this finding. Two studies were conducted in order to investigate the influence of teaware on consumers’ subjective ratings of, and taste expectations concerning, one of the world’s most popular beverages, namely tea. In Study 1, 100 Chinese participants and 100 participants from the USA viewed online photographs of Chinese brand and British brand green tea presented in either Chinese or British tea sets. The participants then rated their feelings about, taste expectations concerning, and willingness-to-pay for, each cup of tea. In Study 2, 65 Chinese participants also viewed these photos with either a high or low price label for each cup of tea. The results of both studies consistently revealed that the teaware influenced Chinese participants’ bitterness and astringency ratings concerning their tea expectations; whereas no such effects were found for the USA participants. Moreover, the teaware also influenced Chinese participants’ pleasantness ratings of tea when no price information was provided, but not when price information was presented. Collectively, these findings highlight the influence of the visual appearance of the receptacle on the subjective ratings of, and taste expectations concerning, tea. These results also compare the influence of product-extrinsic and contextual cues on consumers’ taste expectations. 相似文献

The substantial subsidizing of energy prices over the years has led to high energy consumption, inefficiencies, fiscal pressures, and environmental problems in Iran. To address the increasing socio-economic problems associated with the energy subsidies, the government embarked on an aggressive energy price reform through which energy subsidies were removed and cash handouts were given to all households in 2010. In this paper, I analyze the effectiveness of the energy price reform in Iran by estimating energy demand elasticities for households in different income groups. I apply a two-stage consumer optimization model and estimate the system of energy expenditures shares using the household budget survey data for the period 2001–2008. The results show that the overall price elasticities of demand are small, but income elasticities are close to one. The results also indicate heterogeneous responses to energy price and income changes in different income groups. Specifically, the urban households show stronger response to price changes, but rural households, particularly mid-income households, to income changes. These findings suggest that the current policy of price increases would not solely be able to reduce energy consumption and, therefore, it should be geared towards increasing energy efficiency through a series of price and non-price measures. 相似文献

We show useful seasonal deterministic and probabilistic prediction skill of streamflow and nutrient loading over watersheds in the Southeastern United States (SEUS) for the winter and spring seasons. The study accounts for forecast uncertainties stemming from the meteorological forcing and hydrological model uncertainty. Multi-model estimation from three hydrological models, each forced with an ensemble of forcing derived by matching observed analogues of forecasted quartile rainfall anomalies from a seasonal climate forecast is used. The attained useful hydrological prediction skill is despite the climate model overestimating rainfall by over 23% over these SEUS watersheds in December–May period. The prediction skill in the month of April and May is deteriorated as compared to the period from December–March (zero lead forecast). A nutrient streamflow rating curve is developed using a log linear tool for this purpose. The skill in the prediction of seasonal nutrient loading is identical to the skill of seasonal streamflow forecast. 相似文献
